To ensure we can continually improve your experience as a parent / guardian on SCRUMS and provide greater functionality to view and manage the SCRUMS records of your child / dependant, we now require a verified Family Link on SCRUMS for all youth players.
This means a Parent / Guardian can log into their own SCRUMS account to manage their Child / Dependent’s profile(s) in one place, from the Family Link tile.
- On June 18th, we contacted Parent / Guardians who have existing SCRUMS accounts, with email addresses that match existing Youth Player profiles, to notify them of this change and enact the link.
- In July, we will begin sending emails to Parent / Guardians who do not have an existing SCRUMS account of their own, but they are listed as the parental email address of an existing Youth Player.
You can however access the Family Link now.
Option 1 - I already have a SCRUMS account (Email Address Match)
Login to your Existing Account: If you have an existing SCRUMS account, that is registered under the same email address as your child you can login to your existing account here to view your child / dependent’s profile(s) from the Family Link Tile. LOGIN HERE
Option 2 - I already have a SCRUMS account (Email Address Do Not Match)
Login to your Existing Account: If you have an existing SCRUMS account, but it is not registered under the same email address as your child you have 2 options:
- Please login to your account and update your email address to match your child’s record and the link will be made automatically.
OR - Update your child’s email address. Please contact [email protected] if you require your child’s parental email address to be updated.
Option 3 - I do not have an existing SCRUMS account
Create an Account: If you do not have an existing SCRUMS account, you can CREATE ONE HERE.
PLEASE NOTE: When creating your SCRUMS account:
- Please select the option “I want to register as a Parent / Guardian on SCRUMS”
- Please register using the same email address as your child / dependant
- Once your account is created, please make sure to verify your email address – this will allow the Family Link to be created automatically.
That’s it! You will then be able to login to your account and manage your child / dependant’s profile from the Family Link tile.
